There have been some wobbly lips among the Pop-Up roster over our MASTERS OF POP birthday extravaganza gig on Saturday June 14. Will we miss England V Italy? WILL WE?
Well of course we won’t. In fact, we’ve arranged our very own pub to watch the match in, barely a five minute amble from the gig at St Giles’ Camberwell, and there is room for all our guests.
The gig should finish by 22.15 which gives plenty of time for pre-match viewing, drinks ordering, and getting comfortabling. The pub is doing this for us and us alone, so we’ll only be telling you where it is after the gig.
Sound good? So do we! We’ve been practising. As have CHAPS CHOIR, MARTYR ELECTRIC and CAMBERWELL COMMUNITY CHOIR – to say nothing of the bloody spectacular IDA BARR who is compering the whole night.
